To provide the best opportunity for learning and engagement, the program is available to a limited number of students who are able to articulate how this program will benefit their research and learning interests.
Applicants should submit the following items for their application to be considered:
(a) a cover letter explaining the value of this summer school for your research (b) a 350-500 word abstract describing your research interests (c) a Curriculum vitae (CV) or resume (d) two letters of recommendation
All attachments must be uploaded as Word or PDF documents. The letters of reference must be either academic or professional (with at least one being an academic reference)

Mar 1, 2021: Applicants informed of selection decision
May 1, 2021: Deadline for payment of registration deposit
Jun 1, 2021 : Deadline for payment of registration fee balance
Students who are accepted into the program will be required to submit their registration deposit to secure their place. The balance of the payment will be due on/before June 1, 2021 along with the completed waiver. Students who do not pay the registration fee and send in their completed waiver by the June 1, 2021 deadline will forfeit their deposit and have their acceptance cancelled.

Scholarships are offered on a limited and competitive basis to students attending institutions in the Global South. To be considered for a scholarship, please indicate that you are applying for a scholarship on your application and submit a short (up to 350 words) description of how receiving this scholarship will be beneficial to your learning.
